Each is illustrated with striking b/w photographs and a selection of quotations by Saarinen, taken from interviews, notes, articles etc. and assembled by his wife. Plus 9pp of quotations from Saarinen on his design philosophy, an a brief section on his furniture design. Printed on heavyweight cream paper, this is a lovely piece of book design, showcasing Saarinen's work perfectly through its atmospheric photography.
