Red cloth spine, white overprinted boards these dusty and with speckled foxing on leading edge. Stamp of "Smith and Graham" on front end paper. Hard to find. Max Lock produced this plan in association with Diana Boyd, Frank Layfield, Nora Nicholl, Peter Nicholl, Michael Theis and others. Chapters on, industry, transport, housing,health, shopping etc. The plan led to demolition of high density housing and establishment of a town centre shopping and cultural area with link roads to and from the centre to join it to the wider Teesside conurbation.
