Czech-born architect Eva Jiricna provides the architectural setting for some of the most stylist fashion outlets in London, Paris, Germany and the USA, it features 12 of her London schemes. A fully illustrated interview tells the story of her background in Czechoslovakia and the impact on her work of the architectural scene she discovered on moving to London after the Soviet invasion of Prague in 1968. The book includes contribution by John Thackara and a conversation with Alvin Boyarsky. Slightly rubbed at base of front wrapper and edges a little dusty. Internally very good. Hard to find.
