A general introduction gives the history and development of stained glass, and four chapters trace Wright's work in the medium, outlined chronologically from 1889 to 1936. The last four chapters examine specific areas of the decorative arts, including light screens: murals, mosaics, sculptural panels and tableware; the work of Orlando Giannini, and Luxfer Prisms. Supplementary information is provided by the detailed lists in the appendices, and a bibliography and glossary conclude the book.
