Heimo Kuchling selected the contents from a wealth of unsorted notes and over 200 drawings, at the heart of which is his section on figure drawing.

Very good copy. This copy has a note in the front from Peter Hirschman indicating it was purchased on an Isle of Man trip.

This is an exceptionally good inventory of their projects throughout the UK and beyond. Lettered stiff card cream wrappers, these a little dusty. Heaton, Butler and Bayne produced stained-glass windows from 1862 to 1953.

    Includes advert for Steinway pianos, two maps of transport routes and introductory text about the organization and list and description of exhibits by stands. There were over 120 exhibitors and a list of participants is included. The organisers are listed on page 4 and included H.R.H The Princess Louise, Duchess of Argyll, and several other Royal Patrons. The aim was to create an environment where designers would directly interact with buyers. Fascinating range of crafted items exhibited including jewellery, peasant arts, stained glass, leather work etc. A very good reference for the names and locations of makers of the day.

Includes Dytchley [Ditchley] where Jellicoe designed a major new terrace and gardens close to the house, Witley Surrey, Rothwick Hants, Swimming pool and pergolas at a property in Hampstead design by Wiperis, Simpson and Guthrie. The Garden at the Kings House, Burhill. Hard landscape treatments in Chelsea and many more projects. Very good resource for the interwar projects of this firm.

    Untitled sample book of colour lithographs which could be selected for use graphic design projects, probably for chocolate boxes. The first two images show chocolate box lids. Paper wrappers. Perfect Bound, name of firm on upper wrapper. C310x250mm. Green cloth spine. This is rather worn. There are c63 sentimental chocolate box type images, probably inter war. The firm of Sutton Sharpe and Co specialized in designing, printing, and publishing. In 1901 they were situated at 145 Quen Victoria Road London. The location of the firm in the inter war period is not known.
