Covers a bit worn from general use and slight crease vertically through the pamphlet, else good. Loose piece of paper slipped in with summaries of six of the 10 great windows created for the nave of the new cathedral and a plan of their intended location. A note from an unknown Charles to John regarding the leaflet (and publication?). From the collection of George G. Pace.
