Preliminary report on the design of the Priory Estate, of considerable interest in light of its subsequent history and the proposed demolition and redevelopment of the northern part of the estate. It is especially interesting in retrospect to read the sections on road planning at a time when a future of mass car ownership was still debatable. Fascinating report, containing notable line drawings.
