Book to accompany a major retrospective exhibition held at the V&A in 1981 and 1982. Edited by John Houston who also contributes in the book an essay on her career and was the exhibition organiser. Very good in dust wrapper. Hard to find. Taped to paste down is the admission ticket to the V & A and presumably the show.

Richard Melhuish and Co were Ironmongers, Electrical and Sanitary Engineers. The firm was founded in 1828.

256pp illustrated with b/w plates, Original decorated wrappers. A little faded on spine else very good copy. Richard Melhuish and Co were Ironmongers, Electrical and Sanitary Engineers. They issued their catalogues in sections according to product types and this is section 17.

Chromolithographic folded notice and order of service of dedication on the occasion of laying the foundation stone on October 5th 1901. Stone laid by Rev. Professor Geo A Smith, with the chairman Lord Provost Fleming presiding. Printed by Brown and Ross Lithographers, Aberdeen. Centre fold of notice prints order of service and prints a psalm and Hymn. Image on upper cover shows the church's intended design. This was built to the designs of the architect Archibald Simpson. Now converted into executive offices. It was designed as one of three. The famous Triple Kirks, designed to accommodate three Free Church congregations (East, High and South) in Aberdeen.
