Nairn shows, through case studies,building work that has been approved and erected by local authorities to highlight the demise of the English landscape, and blurred lines developing between town and country that erode character and create a Euptopia. In the sequel Counter-Attack, a plan of common sense action is presented to show what people are doing to remedy the environmental problems.
