Useful for the contents on Country Houses. The articles are monographs on individual properties and include Clumber Park, Castle Howard, Blenheim Palace, Compton Wynyates, Battle Abbey, Belvoir Castle to name but a few. A super curiosity. The Pall Mall Magazine was a monthly British literary magazine published between 1893 and 1914.Dorothy Fortescue [Dorothy Augusta Hoste Fortescue 1862-1941] created a garden at Bocconoc, Cornwall. It remains in the Fortescue family
