Focus on church fittings and temporary buildings including Humphrey's Limited (Iron Roofing), Diespeker and Co. (Marble and Venetian Glass etc). Ardean Ecclesiastical Furniture, Doulton Ware, Terra Cotta etc. One of two books produced by these Birmingham based architects. The other being "The Apartments of the House". Bright copy with the exception of some foxing on the free endpapers. The firm's work was confined mainly to the Birmingham area and included, housing, libraries, chapels and warehouses as well as numerous schools. The styles favoured in the book lean towards the arts and crafts.
