The booklet also describes excursions which can be taken from the hotel. Two page introductory text on the history of the hotel, established 1888 and extended in 1910. Fascinating colonial publication aimed at the British and Europeans. Mrs. Bronson's 10-room boarding house was the place to go for the Upper Class Officers of the British Residency. The original building survives as part of the Taj West End hotel complex.
