The firm patented the ice cream scoop. The Gomez-la Basquaise biscuit factory was operating from about 1900. It ceases its activity in 1980. The biscuit factory specialised in articles for ice cream parlours and gauffreteries. It won a bronze medal in Limoges in 1927 and a gold medal at the colonial exhibition in 1931. Lower wrapper has pencil notes and scribbles, unrelated to content.
