Superb coloured illustrations designed to show how to juxtapose colour in arrangements for table decorations and further images showing how to plant flower borders to greatest effect in small gardens. The book also refers to 10 images which could be purchased separately from Mr March's photographs of flower and fruit arrangements. He had been involved in competitions for table decorations held by Dobson and Pearce, St James's Street, London in 1861 and also the Great Exhibition arrangements of 1862. Hard to find.
