- All items are offered subject to prior sale.
- Any purchases considered to be unsatisfactory may be returned within 7 days of receipt, providing such returns are notified to us in advance.
- Title to any goods does not transfer from the seller until payment is received in full.
- All items are priced in Pounds Sterling.
- New customers may be asked to pay on pro forma invoices.
- We can accept payment by Visa or Mastercard, Cirrus, Maestro and Eurocard.
- Any contract arising from this website is made under British law.
Value added tax
VAT (TVA) is not due on any goods exported outside the European Union or to the Channel Islands. Books and periodicals do not attract VAT. Some other types of goods including manuscripts, drawings and photographs are subject to VAT (currently 17.5%) when sold within the EU. Since this varies from item to item, we can advise you on receipt of an order or enquiry. VAT-registered dealers within the EU are requested to supply us with their VAT/TVA number at the time of ordering.
